We ship via UPS whenever possible; however, we will use the U.S. Postal Service if you request it. We really try to keep our shipping costs as realistic as possible. With this in mind, we have come up with the chart below. As with everything, there are a few exceptions which are noted with specific items.
In the case of some very large and heavy objects, it would be in your best interest to leave a credit card number so that we can charge the actual shipping costs.
Our return policy is simple. If you return an item in original condition with the original invoice (or a copy) in a reasonable amount of time, we will refund, exchange, or replace the product. Shipping costs are not refundable and don't forget to insure all packages.
